Matthew Hudson

Matthew was David Grove's assistant during the latter part of 2007, he helped to categorise and solidify some of David's theories and processes. Self-Alignment developed out of this partnership. Matthew has since taken it through several research and development programmes to now present this refined and effective process.

Matthew's qualifications and experience include:

• Practitioner Diploma in Hypnotherapy
• Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
• NLP Trainer qualified with NLP Northeast
• Practitioner of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
